Strengthening Security Defenses through Specialized Precise Inspections

In mid-to-late August 2024, the Operations Supervision Department of China Security & Protection Group Co., Ltd. (CSP) organized specialized on-site inspections at the duty stations for projects in Beijing, aiming to support the secure and stable execution of major events, to rigorously implement relevant security regulations, as well as requirements set by regulatory authorities such as the public security and the Beijing Security Association, and to enhance routine supervision over the projects.
The inspections primarily assessed the mental attitude of the filed force, their compliance with dress and outfit codes, implementation of routine management measures, certification compliance, training and drill effectiveness, safety management of dormitories, etc. Inspection findings indicate generally satisfactory operational conditions across all duty stations, as follows: 1) All personnel were on duty with valid certificates, maintained a positive mental attitude, and complied with image management codes; 2) Routine procedures for asking for leave, resumption from leave, attendance check, and training were strictly implemented; 3) Several project departments proactively collaborated with clients and local police stations in organizing mobilization and emergency drills for major events. Our staff have demonstrated thorough mastery of their job responsibilities, establishing a solid foundation for securing major events.
However, the inspections also revealed specific operational deficiencies in management details at several duty stations. For example, on-site management documentation was incomplete; signs and labels were not updated simultaneously in a few areas; some staff members should further enhance their service awareness. In response to these problems, the Operations Supervision Department has proposed corrective measures on the spot, explicitly requiring the units concerned to properly retain management data, update signs and labels in time, and comprehensively improve the service quality and response efficiency of staff through intensive internal training and client communication.
Additionally, during the inspections, the Operations Supervision Department repeatedly emphasized the work discipline and requirements for major events to all on-duty security guards and management personnel. To ensure the effective implementation of all management standards, the department also explained detailed requirements of key operations such as personnel recruitment, training certification, service management, business communication, and work procedures. In the follow-up, the Operations Supervision Department will maintain continuous oversight of the implementation quality and progress of the corrective measures, and strengthen frontline security defenses by implementing "rigorous standards and practical measures". We will make every effort to provide smooth and orderly security services for major events and ensure zero safety incidents, contributing to CSP's recognized professional and efficient security service capabilities.
